I am having several issues with MPFreaker. First, information is being deleted even though the overwrite command was not selected. In some cases all the information was deleted making it impossible for me to find the orginal song in my library. Second, I have tracks that are recognized by MPFreaker but no longer appear in iTunes. If I drag the original song back into the iTunes library it still fails to come up. I don't know how to resolve this. While I think this is an excellent program these issues are just too critical for me to continue using it.

I have the same issue, and worse, it seems to be mostly with songs purchased through iTunes!
