We're seeing some issues with "fixed" problems reappearing and tracks forgetting their location under iTunes 9.0.1. Somebody broke something somewhere, if it's in Song Sergeant then a fix will appear shortly. If it's something wrong with iTunes 9.0.1, hopefully we'll be able to find a workaround.

Song Sergeant 1.0.3 + iTunes 9.0.1 is working flawlessly for us here on many different setups.
