This is not a known problem, so we definitely need your help. Here's how to help us analyze and fix a "hanging" issue.
1) While Song Sergeant is hung, launch the
Activity Monitor application. It can be found in your Applications / Utilities folder.
2) Open its "Activity Monitor" window by selecting Activity Monitor from the Window menu (or by pressing ⌘1).
3) Find Song Sergeant in the list and select it, then click the "Sample Process" button in the window's toolbar.
4) Copy/paste the contents of the resulting window into an email to
songsergeant@lairware.com.
