key code troubles

When I purchased song sergeant I got my key code via my email. It would not accept the key code so every time I opened the program it would give me the option of entering the key code again or pressing the trial button. I meant to post or get support sooner but am just now getting around to it. I went to retrieve my key code from my email and that email was accidentally deleted. I am not sure if there is any way to retrieve the key code using my card information or where I should go from here.
Recovering your key code

Just send an email to email@example.com
and include as much information that you provided at the time of purchase as possible: likely email address(es) used, full name, approximate date of purchase, street address. Do not
send your credit card information.

We only received one email in the last week regarding trouble unlocking, and they wrote back 20 minutes later to "never mind, it works now." If that wasn't you, please do send us an email as indicated above. Thanks!
