My iTunes Library in NAS

I have my library in a NAS (WD Mybook Live Hard-drive).
When I try to merge the duplicated songs. I imediattely receive the "Playlist Error Track not found". I've already checked the XML file and iTunes and SS are getting from the same place.
What can I do?
