All support for LairWare software is handled via e-mail. Save yourself some time and have a look at the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and/or Forum before you send an e-mail, because chances are likely that someone else has already asked the same question.
Latest version. You may find it helpful to make certain that you are running the latest version of the LairWare software in question by visiting the Download page to see if a newer version exists than the one you are using.
Requirements. If you are running a Mac with the latest version of OS X, all LairWare software should run on your system. You don't need a system like that, though — check the appropriate program's page above for its particular system requirements.
Recovering old license keys. If you originally purchased a LairWare product through Kagi, you can use the Kagi Order Tracking System to recover your key.
