Have just bought a license to use Song Sergeant but found that it simply does not work for me ! On running SS it comes up showing the tab page of Duplicates but if I then select any of the other tabs (Inconsistent, Orphans or Missing) it comes up with the message "Song Sergeant has Stopped Working" ...
