All of a sudden MPFreaker crashes every time I perform a lyric check. I havent changed anything new on my Mac except for updating to the current version of iTunes. Anyone else having this issue?

Possible solution

I suspect that this is someone who also communicated via support@lairware.com, and they solved it by trashing MPFreaker-related items in the user's Library folder (while MPFreaker is not running, naturally):

~/Library/Caches/MPFreaker
~/Library/Caches/MPFreaker Song Info
~/Library/Preferences/com.lairware.mpfreaker.plist

Probably only trashing the first one is actually necessary, as their crash log implicated OS X's URL cache. Given the crash logs I have seen from another couple of users, this sounds like a 10.5.7-specific bug in OS X that Apple may have fixed for 10.5.8.

I actually had to delete using CleanApp and then reinstalled and it has worked fine ever since

Those three directories are the only items which MPFreaker creates or modifies, thus there's nothing else that CleanApp could have removed.

CleanApp Shows these files/folders to delete

Folder - com.lairware.mpfreaker
com.lairware.mpfreaker.plist
Folder - MPFreaker in Library/Caches
Folder - MPFreaker Song Info in Library/Caches
