MPFreaker doesn't work directly with your entire iTunes Library, for technical reasons. However, if iTunes is keeping your music folder organized for you (as it does by default), there is another way. To find out if you have this turned on, have a look at iTunes' Preferences, in the Advanced tab. You can also see where your music folder is located in this tab.

Back in MPFreaker, select "Disk Directory" from the top of the Source pop-up menu, or select "Open Library Directory" from the File menu. Navigate to the folder indicated above. Then it's a simple matter of selecting all of your songs (apple-A) and clicking the Begin button.

If all you're interested in getting is album artwork, you may want to turn off all the other checkboxes in the Advanced drawer before clicking Begin.
