How long should SS take?

I have a 120GB song library. It found 13,000 Orphans and 14,000 missing--it has been running ("Looking for fixable Orphans") for about 1hr now--should I leave it overnight?
I have to say that we haven't tested it with so many orphans and missing. For each one of those orphaned files, it has to compare to every one of the missing entries, which would take a long time. Still, an hour or more seems to indicate that something might be wrong.
Could you open the Console app (found in Applications/Utilities) and see if Song Sergeant has logged any messages?
