Alternative "Fantasy" portraits

Ken Hill originally put together some art from various sources to make an alternative set of character portraits for Ultima III. This was released as a patcher application (Classic) that required a specific version of Ultima III in order to work.

I've extracted the actual portraits, did a little bit of despeckling of the more glaring pixel patterning, and put them up for Ultima III 2.0:

How to install:
Save the above image to disk.
Ctrl-click on Ultima III and select "Show Package Contents".
Go to Contents->Resources.
Locate the existing Portraits.png, and rename to something else (e.g. Portraits-Old.png).
Drop in the new image file here, renaming it to Portraits.png.

Voila! It should be noted that if anyone desires to make a new, higher resolution collection of portraits, knock yourself out -- and post them here! Ultima III 2.0 will take advantage of whatever quality you use, just ensure that your individual portraits stick to the same 2:3 aspect ratio (e.g. the originals are 32x48 pixels). The actual resolution is unimportant, though it does need to be a PNG. The portrait icons are successively subdivided in this order: Class (Fighter, Cleric, Wizard, Thief), Sex (Male, Female), then Race (Human, Elf, Dwarf, Bobbit, Fuzzy).
